Join the Chamber's 2026 Cohort Program - Sessions start in June

The Paducah Chamber will launch its 2026 Small Business Cohort Program in June - applications are now available. This program is in its sixth year and is open to all small business owners and managers in Western KY and Southern IL with openings available for 15 to 20 participants. The program will assist small business owners and startups looking to expand or needing assistance to stabilize and grow their business.

2026 SMALL BUSINESS COHORT APPLICATION

The cohort will use internationally recognized author Mike Michalowicz's book, "Fix This Next" (book provided), as the basis of study. In "Fix This Next", Michalowicz details the strategy businesses can use to determine what to do and in what order to ensure healthy, fast, permanent growth (and avoid debilitating distractions).

This program is a part of the Paducah Chamber's Leadership Center. Watch this page and our weekly enews for registration information!

Cohort participants will be presented with tools to help grow their business, learn more about areas that may be holding them back, participate in peer discussion, receive guidance from business coaches on specific problem areas, and build confidence to help them get to the next level of success. The program is scheduled to begin June 7 and run through October.

"If you feel like your business needs a push and new energy to grow, this class will give you the tools to evaluate and a community of fellow entrepreneurs to help." - Gayle Martin, Baird Private Wealth

"Whether you are new to business or seasoned, leaders recognize that we should always be learning and growing. This Cohort has challenged me to question traditional thinking and focus on  improving my business one step at a time, in order of most importance." - Nick Morris, Office Pride of West Kentucky
