Local businesses and citizens are recognized with awards including Business of the Year, Small Business of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year and more!

DC Fly-In Trips
The Paducah Chamber leads an annual advocacy trip to Washington, D.C., bringing regional business and community leaders together to meet with Members of Congress, federal officials, and key agencies. Over two focused days, participants share the priorities of our business community, strengthen relationships with decision-makers, and advocate for issues vital to our region’s growth. Each year, this unified effort reinforces the Chamber’s role as the leading voice for our region in our nation’s capital.
Frankfort Legislative Trips
It's critical for our community to be heard in Frankfort. To do this, we need your assistance as a sponsor and a participant of this important trip! Join us as we speak in a unified voice to our state officials on what is important to the economic health and vitality of our community and the region.
Our philosophy is: "We never want it to be said in our state or national capital that we are only noticed by our absence. We will be noted for our presence."
Public Policy Series
The Chamber coordinates candidate forums for key local, state and federal races to educate Chamber members and the public on the individuals who are running for office and their positions on various issues. In addition, legislative updates are held to give state and federal officials an opportunity to brief the local community on the happenings in the state capitol and in Washington, D. C.
Small Business Cohort
The Small Business Cohort Group is open to all small business owners and managers in Western KY and Southern IL. The Cohort program assists small business owners and startups looking to expand or needing assistance to stabilize and grow their business. Cohort participants will be presented with tools to help grow their business, learn more about areas that may be holding them back, participate in peer discussion, receive guidance from business coaches on specific problem areas, and build confidence to help them get to the next level of success.
Total Resource Campaign
Each August, the Chamber conducts an annual Membership & Total Resource Campaign to generate new members and recruit sponsorships. It’s always an exciting and FUN time of year for the Chamber with many volunteers assisting with the campaign. The chair for the campaign is the next year's Chamber Chair of the Board - this is always a good way for them to familiarize themselves and interact with our volunteers!
West KY Launch
WKY Launch Experience is a career exploration expo for eighth grade students in all schools in Paducah/McCracken County school systems including Paducah Middle, Lone Oak, Heath, Reidland, St. Mary and Community Christian Academy. More than 800 students will participate in this one-day event. Our goal is to expose students to local career options they may not be aware of in an effort to strengthen the local workforce of the future.
