How Can we Grow our Local Workforce? 

The Paducah Chamber launched the Intern Initiative with the long-term goals of the program to build the community's future workforce, fill open jobs and grow the community.

It is designed to assist interns who are working in the community to network with our growing population of young professionals; meet other interns who are working in the community; become more informed about the community; develop professional and social skills; and enjoy their summer in the area.

Internships connect employers with potential talent before they enter the job market. Internships are a great way to showcase your company, as well as gain an extra set of temporary hands during busy summer months.
