The participants for the Youth LEAD class for 2018-19 have been selected. Leadership Paducah Alumni Association (LPAA) and Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce are pleased to announce 34 area youth were selected to participate in Class #8. Class members take part in a six-month educational course that began this month with an orientation retreat and concludes
