Paducah, KY – A strong, skilled workforce is the foundation of West Kentucky’s community and economic resiliency. WKCTC Workforce Solutions and The Leadership Center, a program of The Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce, are announcing a partnership, combining their unique strengths to provide a one-stop, single regional hub for all West Kentucky leadership training and professional development needs.
Through this collaboration, businesses and individuals will gain access to a robust and diverse range of educational options, including hundreds of courses. Working together, the two organizations will help local employers strengthen their teams, support individuals in achieving their career goals, and cultivate a highly skilled workforce that drives growth and opportunities throughout the region.

- In-person instruction led by highly qualified and experienced educators.
- Customized learning pathways designed to meet each organization’s unique goals.
- A diverse range of topics, including leadership, communication, team building, and other critical workplace skills.
- Regional reach, including all West Kentucky counties and some areas of Southern Illinois and Tennessee.
WKCTC President, Dr. Anton Reece, stated, “The retention and recruitment of organizational talent is essential for workforce development and future growth. Therefore, WKCTC is excited to have a partnership and ongoing collaboration with the Paducah Chamber Leadership Center to provide customized training to the regional business and industry stakeholders.”
