The Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce’s November 6 Power in Partnership Breakfast will feature keynote speaker Todd Inman, West Kentucky Native and Member of the National Transportation Safety Board. The breakfast is sponsored by Baptist Health – Paducah.
The program also features the Chamber’s annual “Salute to Education.” Local schools will have displays to feature their programs and accomplishments, and students and faculty representing each school will be in attendance. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to visit the displays and meet with the students and school representatives. Doors will open at 7:00 a.m.
The breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. at the Paducah-McCracken County Convention Center. Pre-registration is required by Monday, November 3 by 2 p.m. at paducahchamber.org or call 270-443-1746. Power Card holders do not have to pre-register. The cost is $25.
Todd Inman is a Calvert City native who now serves as a member of the National Transportation Safety Board, which is responsible for investigating every civil aviation accident along with rail, pipeline and maritime incidents in the United States.
Inman’s diverse background includes Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) under Secretary Elaine Chao, Secretary of Management Services in Florida, and one of the top 50 agents in the United States with State Farm in Owensboro.
Inman’s career highlights include leadership in numerous rulemaking efforts, oversight of emergency planning and response encompassing tracking thousands of incidents annually at the US DOT. In Florida, he was the lead Secretary for Emergency Service Framework program 2 and 7 under the national response framework.
