Each year, approximately 35 to 40 individuals are selected through a competitive application process. Class #38 began their journey with a two-day retreat in August and have since participated in monthly sessions running through May. These sessions included community tours, presentations, and leadership enrichment activities that explore key aspects of the community.
The program is designed for individuals who exhibit strong leadership potential and commitment to community engagement. The program offers participants a unique educational experience that deepens their understanding of local issues and broadens their perspectives on community dynamics.
As Class #38 prepares to graduate, they join a distinguished group of alumni who are making a difference across Paducah and the region.
