Applications for Leadership Paducah Class #39 for 2025-26 are available and will be accepted through May 30.  More than 1,100 people have graduated from the program during its 38-year existence. 

The online application and guidelines are available on the Paducah Chamber’s website, paducahchamber.org.  The deadline to apply is 5 p.m. on Friday, May 30.  Multiple scholarships are available and are listed on the program information.  The Leadership Paducah program is open to residents and individuals who live and/or work in the Paducah area. The program starts in August 2025 and concludes with graduation in June 2026.  Interested applicants are encouraged to review the Program Guidelines and class dates before applying.  The application must be submitted online.  

The Paducah Chamber sponsors the program with approximately 35 to 40 participants chosen for the class. The selection process is competitive. Class members are selected on the basis of past leadership experience, leadership potential, community volunteer experience, quality of application, and a passion to serve our community.

Established in 1984, Leadership Paducah is a highly recognized and competitive program designed to develop the leadership potential of men and women in the Paducah/McCracken County area. The classes are comprised of individuals with diverse backgrounds who have demonstrated a talent and commitment to leadership. Through this program, they become acutely aware of social and economic changes and the impact of such changes in the local community.

Selection of class participants is conducted by a committee representing the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Leadership Paducah Alumni Association Board of Directors.
