Dan Fachner is the Chairman of the Board of J&J Snack Foods Corp., a leading snack food company providing innovative branded snack foods and beverages to foodservice and retail channels. In 2022, J&J Snack Foods purchased the Dippin' Dots and Doc Popcorn brands.
Fachner started his career at the ICEE company and rose rapidly through the ranks to the position of President and CEO, a role he held for 25 years. During this time, he took ICEE from a regional business to a nationally, known brand, distributed broadly across a wide-ranging customer base across the U.S.
As parent company of the ICEE brand, J&J Snack Foods appointed Fachner as President of the company in 2020 and then subsequently, CEO and Chairman of the Board.
In this role, Fachner has taken his broad command of strategic selling, operations, finance, and marketing and applied it to J&J’s larger platform of brands including SuperPretzel, ICEE, Luigi’s, and the recently acquired Dippin’ Dots brand.
