December Power in Partnership Breakfast will highlight Transportation Infrastructure

The Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce’s December 7 Power in Partnership Breakfast will feature keynote speaker Jennifer Kirchner, Executive Director for Kentuckians for Better Transportation. Kirchner leads a statewide organization which advocates for the improvement of all modes of transportation in Kentucky including road, rail, river, air, and public transit. The breakfast is sponsored by U.S. Bank.

The breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. at the Paducah-McCracken County Convention Center. Pre-registration is required by Monday, December 4 by 2 p.m. at paducahchamber.org or call 270-443-1746. Power Card holders do not have to pre-register.  The cost is $25. 

Kirchner is an accomplished economic development and communications professional. In 2020 she joined Kentuckians for Better Transportation as Executive Director, where she leads a diverse membership association to educate and advocate for a safe and sustainable multi-modal transportation network. In doing so, she works closely with federal, state, and local government to advocate for funding across all modes.

Prior to joining KBT, Kirchner worked in tourism and economic development in Danville-Boyle County. There, she was involved in strategic planning, marketing, community engagement and asset development.

Her professional accomplishments include being a graduate of Leadership Kentucky, UK Institute of Economic Development, and Harwood Institute Public Innovator. Kirchner also serves on the Board of Directors for KY Association of Manufacturers.
