The Youth LEAD Class #9 for 2019-20 recently completed their six month program. A graduation ceremony for the class was originally scheduled to be held at the April Power in Partnership Breakfast of the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce. “We were fortunate to have been able to complete the program since their last session was held in March,” said Sandra Wilson, Paducah Chamber President. “We are tentatively planning to hold their graduation ceremony at a breakfast in September.”
Youth LEAD is a program designed for high school juniors to develop and prepare students for future community support and leadership roles in Paducah-McCracken County. Class members take part in a six-month educational course that began in October with an orientation retreat and concludes with their last session.

The Leadership Paducah Alumni Association (LPAA) coordinates the program. LPAA is affiliated with the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce and is the alumni organization for Leadership Paducah.
