January Chamber Breakfast to feature Mayor and County Judge-Executive Elect

Paducah Mayor Brandi Harless and McCracken County Judge Executive-Elect Craig Clymer will be the featured speakers for the January Power in Partnership monthly breakfast of the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce.  The annual “State of the City and County” event will be held on January 3 at 7:30 a.m. at the Julian Carroll Convention Center.  The Paducah-McCracken County Joint Sewer Agency is the sponsor.  

 Mayor Brandi Harless has completed her second year as Mayor of Paducah. She is the CEO and Co-Founder of PreventScripts, a software business that helps primary care providers increase their revenue by helping keep patients healthy. PreventScripts is the only Kentucky company to be accepted to the Startup Health Academy, a global army of healthcare transformers who utilize technology to improve healthcare.  She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and received a Master’s in Public Health from Boston University.   

 Judge Executive-Elect Craig Clymer was elected McCracken County Judge Executive in November.  He will officially begin his new duties on January 7.  Judge Clymer previously served as McCracken Circuit Judge from 1998 to 2017 when he retired and joined the law firm of Boehl Stopher & Graves, LLP.  He also served as McCracken District Judge from 1993 to 1997 and as a staff attorney for the United States District Court from 1988 – 1993.  Before graduating from Chase College of Law in 1988, he served nine years with the Paducah Police Department.  He received his Bachelor’s in Law Enforcement from Eastern Kentucky University. 

 Daniel Jones, the new 2019 Chair of the Chamber Board and owner of Strawberry Hills Pharmacy, will also provide introductions and brief remarks.  Below are the details of the breakfast:
