Department of Energy Paducah Site Lead Jennifer Woodard will be the featured speaker for the February Power in Partnership monthly breakfast of the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce.  The breakfast will be held on February 2 at 7:30 a.m. at the Julian Carroll Convention Center. Murray State University is the sponsor. 

Jennifer Woodard has been the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Paducah Site Lead since 2014. Woodard has over 20 years’ experience in engineering and program/project management with the DOE. During her tenure at DOE, Woodard has served in multiple capacities, including Federal Facility Agreement Manager (FFA), Alternate Deputy Designated Federal Official to the Citizens' Advisory Board, and Contracting Officer's Representative. Her diverse background includes CERCLA cleanup projects, significant regulatory interaction and negotiation, contractor procurement/oversight, project controls, and community relations. Woodard holds a Master’s in Occupational Safety and Health and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
