Incoming Paducah Mayor Brandi Harless and McCracken County Judge Executive Bob Leeper will be the featured speakers for the January Power in Partnership monthly breakfast of the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce. The annual “State of the City and County” event will be held on January 5 at 7:30 a.m. at the Julian Carroll Convention Center. The Paducah-McCracken County Joint Sewer Agency is the sponsor.
Brandi Harless will begin her first year as Mayor of Paducah on January 1. She is the CEO/Co-Founder of Personal Medicine Plus and is the Contracted Network Director for Purchase Area Health Connections. She has a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree in public health from Boston University. She is a recent graduate of the Delta Regional Authority Executive Leadership Academy.
Judge Bob Leeper was elected McCracken County Judge Executive in 2014. He is a former independent member of the Kentucky State Senate, representing District 2 from 1991 through 2014. He previously served as Mayor Pro Tem and Commissioner for the City of Paducah. He attended Sherman College of Chiropractic and Paducah Community College.
Tammy Zimmerman, the new 2017 Chair of the Chamber Board, will also provide introductions and brief remarks.
