Job Description:

The RCH Operations Lead will report to the Purchase District Health Department and work closely with the FHKY RCH Coordinator to help establish and scale Hub operations by developing foundational infrastructure, coordinating partners, supporting program implementation, and maintaining effective operational systems. As the initiative matures, the role will focus on optimizing workflows, supporting advancing ADD-level strategies that align local priorities with state goals.

• Manage day-to-day operational activities of the Rural Community Hub, driving alignment with program goals, grant requirements, and local community needs

• Support budgeting, expense tracking, procurements, and financial reporting processes to drive accountability and transparency
• Support Purchase District Health Department with fulfilling its responsibilities as a passthrough entity in accordance with 2 CFR 200
• Guide Hub partner organizations on federal grant compliance considerations (e.g., cost allowability, payment processes)
• Oversee vendor and contractor management for the Hub, including procurement, contracting, monitoring, and performance oversight
• Develop and maintain systems for accurate data collection, performance tracking, and timely reporting of Hub activities and outcomes
• Coordinate technical assistance and capacity-building support for Hub partners, helping organizations access tools, resources, and expertise needed for successful implementation

• Monitor progress against project plans, deliverables, milestones, and performance measures; proactively identify and resolve operational challenges
• Partner with Hub leads and subject matter experts to embed operational leading practices into program design and implementation
• Establish and maintain systems, processes, and workflows that enable effective Hub operations and partner coordination between Hub partners and statewide initiative leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, public health, social work, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in program coordination, operations management, community engagement, partnership development, or related fields
• Experience managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects and support implementation across multiple organizations or sectors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel throughout ADD region for meetings, events, and partner engagement activities
• Deep commitment to improving health outcomes and quality of life for Kentuckians
• Experience working within rural communities and/or Purchase Area Development District communities preferred
