The Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce will hear from Brian Roy, Executive Director of the Kentucky Association of Counties, at their October monthly Power in Partnership breakfast on Thursday, October 5. The breakfast will be held at 7:30 a.m. at the Julian Carroll Convention Center. Paducah Bank is the sponsor.
Brian Roy is currently serving as Executive Director for the Kentucky Association of Counties. He previously served over 23 years in law enforcement in Marshall County as both a sheriff and deputy sheriff and also served as United States Marshal for the Western District of Kentucky during 1998-1999.
He is a graduate of the F.B.I. National Academy’s 161st Session, the National Sheriff’s Institute and holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Master of Arts degree in Organizational Communications from Murray State University.
The Kentucky Association of Counties (KACo) is a statewide organization dedicated to serving all Kentucky counties by providing the highest quality programs/services and advocating legislative solutions for Kentucky's counties.
